We are very excited to announce the launch of our brand new venture – Gourmet Centrum.
Our mission is simple. We want to spread some culinary happiness by sourcing the very finest food and ingredients from around the world, delivering these straight to your door so whether you live in Hungary or the rest of Europe you can enjoy a taste of the finer things in life.
We are incredibly passionate about great food and have spent many months scouring countries and continents to bring you only the very best gourmet and seasonal produce and are constantly adding new and exciting specialist foods to our ever expanding range.
We work with many small independent suppliers and artisan producers and they all share our passion for great quality food that you can enjoy with your family and friends at home.
So, if you would like some of the finest Italian truffle oil from Piedmont or want to try some delicious game and seafood pâtés from Spain or love experimenting with the unique flavours of Japanese cuisine, we have you covered. Not forgetting our store cupboard essentials, we also have a range of carefully chosen sauces, spices and preserves. These include sweet and spicy Hungarian paprikas, Spanish seasonings, Italian infused olive oils as well as exotic sea salts from around the world.

A LITTLE ABOUT US
Gourmet Centrum is a friendly family run business based in the heart of Hungary created by Georgina Kulcsár-Kilyén in 2021.
Having spent almost a decade working in the UK, it was here that she discovered her passion for fine gourmet food and love of new tastes and flavours while working for several of London’s top hotels and chefs before joining forces with Attila Józsa at Urban Merchants.
Urban Merchants has a fantastic reputation for being one of the leading Fine Food and Wine specialists in the UK and supplies many of Britain’s finest Michelin star restaurants and hotels as well as members of the public with a real passion for exceptional food from around the world.
Returning to her home country, Georgina’s long-held ambition of importing rare and unique artisan foods and top quality ingredients to Hungary and the rest of Europe has now finally been realised.
With close ties to Urban Merchants, Georgina and Attila plan to share their joint passion for amazing gourmet food with food lovers throughout Europe and the UK.
