Iberian Pork Pâté with Pimentón de la Vera is a delicious spreadable pâté with all the flavours that characterise Extremadura’s gastronomy. It contains a base of extra virgin olive oil from olive trees in Spain, as well as a selection of Iberian meat typical of the area, which has been given the Pimentón de la Vera D.O., which gives each bite a sweet and smoky flavour.
